Blue White Chem-Pro C2 diaphragm dosing pumps have PVDF dosing head & valves with a priming and degassing valve built into the pump head and a PTFE coated diaphragm as standard. Valves are oversized PVDF, ceramic double ball check valves without metal springs.
Using a 220V/1ph/50hz low maintenance, permanently lubricated variable speed gear motor offering a manual speed 100:1 turndown ratio, these pumps offer exceptional output linearity over the system pressure.
All C2 & C3 pumps have an IP66 wash down rating with a chemically resistant powder coated enclosure and are supplied with a 2 year warranty as standard.
Diaphragm Failure Detection (DFD) system is also a standard feature with pumps having a operator friendly digital controls with backlit LCD display and DFD (Diaphragm Failure Detection) alarm display.
A NO/NC 125V/3A alarm relay monitors the Diaphragm Failure Detection (DFD) system.
Complete installation accessories including PVDF injection/check valve, PVDF suction strainer/footvalve, suction tubing, discharge tubing (tube connection models only), prime return tubing, and complete mounting hardware supplied with each pump.
