  • Peristaltic Dosing Pump
  • 0.065-162 lph, 2.1 bar, IP66
  • Norprene Chemical
  • Consult office for optimum
  • pump to maximise tube life

Serving industry since 1957, Blue White Industries M series and A series digital peristaltic dosing pumps have flows to 600 lph and pressures to 8.6 bar.

They are Self priming – even against maximum line pressure & cannot air lock or lose prime. In addition these pumps do not have valves that can clog requiring maintenance.

Offering an industry leading 10,000:1 turndown ratio (M Series) and 2,500:1 (A Series) turndown ratio these pumps also have an array of control options.

Inputs include: 4-20mA, 0-10Vdc, and Pulse inputs for remote external speed control and 0-30 VDC / contact closure remote start/stop all via an operator friendly digital touch pad with menu driven software.

In addition the VGA Graphic multi-colour backlit LCD displays remote/local control status, motor speed, output rate, input signal values, service and alarm status.

Outputs include: Scalable 4-20mA or pulse, one 250V/6A relay and three 115V/1A or VFC which can be assigned to monitor up to 17 different pump functions including TFD, FVS, remote/local control setting, motor on, fault, current operating mode, and others.

These pumps incorporate a single piece plastic heavy duty rotor which offers no flexing, increased accuracy and have no metal springs or hinges to corrode. Integrated into the heavy duty roller are 4 rollers – two CNC precision machined squeeze rollers and two alignment rollers for optimum squeeze, unparalleled accuracy, and tube life.

Powering these pumps are heavy duty no maintenance brushless variable speed motors, 96-264V AC, 1ph, 50/60hz.

Direction of rotation can be changed clockwise or counter clockwise with injection at maximum pressure in either direction using specially engineered tubing for long life at high pressures.

Patented Tube Failure Detection (TFD) system senses tube failure by detecting chemical in the pump head with no false triggering.

In addition Blue White have a patent pending feature to extended tube life.

Compatible with Blue-White’s output Flow Verification Sensor (FVS) system.

Uses include chemical metering applications within wastewater treatment, chlorination,  fluoridation, polymer Injection, pulp & paper slurries, printing inks, oil based fluids, gaseous fluids,  shear sensitive fluids, caustics, chemical slurries and chemical dosing within the food and beverage sectors.
