WES Group, one of the UK’s leading designers, developers and manufacturers of chemical dosing technology, has expanded its service for the short to medium term hire of containerised chemical dosing systems.
The new hire service, based on fully integrated systems, ready for immediate installation, has been introduced to meet growing demand from customers for a flexible option for use for emergency plant shutdown, scheduled maintenance, refurbishment or expansion.
Customers in the water and wastewater sector are now able to hire a standard containerised system, ready to be shipped direct to site. Each container is configured with all appropriate dosing equipment, including tanks, pumps, valves, meters and both electrical and pipework connections. All systems are FAT tested to ensure that they can be installed and put directly into service, protecting your staff and the environment from possible malfunctions.
WES Group has developed a fleet of containerised systems, to enable it to meet anticipated demand. Managing Director, Kevin Wheeler, explains that, “We’re seeing increasing numbers of enquiries from customers for solutions that help them overcome a range of short term challenges. For example, in addition to emergency cover in the event of equipment failure, or planned maintenance, our new hire service can help customers address issues caused by cuts in CAPEX budgets, or who have a requirement that falls outside the water industry AMP project cycle. Hiring a system, over the short or even longer term, can make the cost of installing new chemical dosing technology far simpler, with a relatively low monthly cost that falls under OPEX budgets.
“We are also receiving enquiries from companies where a loss of in-house knowledge and skills has left them without the ability to deal with chemical dosing technologies. Bringing in a stand-alone system, which has been correctly specified by our experienced engineers, helps water companies maintain levels of service to their customers, without risk.”
WES Group can supply containerised chemical dosing systems for a wide range of applications in the water and wastewater sector, with a number of options for different capacities or chemical compatibility. The company also offers installation, commissioning and maintenance services.
